Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care or wearable products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
